Free tracked shipping on every bundle. A single pen ships for $4.95. Most orders arrive 9–15 days after you order.
How long it takes
- Order processing: within 3 business days of your order.
- Delivery: usually 6–12 days after dispatch, so most orders arrive 9–15 days after you order. Every parcel is tracked.
- Cost: free on every bundle (Buy 2, Get 1 Free and Buy 3, Get 3 Free). A single pen ships for $4.95.
Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed the next business day.
Tracking your order
You'll get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with your tracking link as soon as your pen ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating after it's issued — that's normal and doesn't mean anything has gone wrong. If you can't find either email, check your spam folder, then email info@trysylvie.com and we'll resend it.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States only.
Wrong address, or a parcel that never arrived
Email info@trysylvie.com within 30 days of your order date. If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement at no cost. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete, we'll reship it once you confirm the correct address.
Damaged in transit
Send a photo of the pen and the outer packaging to info@trysylvie.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it. No need to send anything back.
