1. About us and these terms

These terms apply when you use trysylvie.com or buy from Sylvie ("we", "us", "our"). Sylvie is a trading name of Firbrook Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. You can contact us at info@trysylvie.com. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Refund policy, Shipping policy, Cancellation policy and Privacy policy. You must be at least 18 to place an order.

2. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time by publishing a new version on this website. The version published when you placed your order applies to that order.

3. Our products and information

Sylvie is a cosmetic product. Product images are for illustration, and packaging, color and labeling may vary slightly. We take care to keep product information accurate, but we don't guarantee that every description, image or price on the site is complete, current or free of errors. The ingredient list on the carton you receive is the one that applies to your product.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order before then, including where a product is unavailable, a price or description is wrong, we suspect fraud or resale, or we can't verify your details. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

5. Prices, offers and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout before you pay. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order or contact you to confirm the correct price. Offers and bundle prices apply as shown at checkout, may change or end at any time, and can't be combined with other discounts unless we say so. We may limit quantities per customer, household or address. By placing an order, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method provided, and you agree that we and our payment providers may carry out fraud checks.

6. Subscriptions

If you choose Subscribe & Save, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the price and frequency shown at checkout until you cancel. Our Cancellation policy explains how to skip, pause or cancel.

7. Delivery and risk

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. To the fullest extent the law allows, risk of loss and title pass to you when your order is handed to the carrier. Our Shipping policy sets out the help we offer if a parcel is lost or damaged.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund policy.

9. Using the product safely

Sylvie is for external cosmetic use only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read the carton before use, check the ingredients if you have any allergies, and patch test first if your skin reacts easily. Don't use it on broken or irritated skin and keep it away from your eyes. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical care or unsure whether Sylvie is right for you, ask your doctor before use. Stop using it if irritation occurs. You're responsible for using the product as directed, and to the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for reactions to ingredients listed on the carton or for use that doesn't follow the directions.

10. Results and information on the site

Results vary from person to person and depend on consistent use, and we don't promise any particular outcome. Reviews and photos reflect the individual experience of the people who gave them. Content on this site is general information and isn't medical advice. Comparisons with clinic treatments refer to the ingredient and the price, not to an identical result.

11. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us a review, photo, video or message about Sylvie, you confirm it's your own and truthful, and you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, edit, publish and share it, with your first name and age if you included them, in our marketing. We won't use your full name or contact details without asking. We may moderate or remove any content you submit.

12. Our content

The text, images, product photos, branding and the Sylvie name on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

13. Using the site

You agree not to misuse the site, including by scraping it, attempting to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it, placing fake or fraudulent orders, reselling our products without permission, or using it unlawfully. We may suspend access, cancel orders or close accounts linked to misuse.

14. Third-party services

The site may link to or use third-party services, such as payment providers and carriers. We're not responsible for their content, policies or performance.

15. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", and we make no warranties or promises other than those stated in these terms and our policies. We don't guarantee the site will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

16. Limit of our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with an order or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

17. Your responsibility to us

If you break these terms or misuse the product or the site and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs arising from it, to the extent the law allows.

18. Events outside our control

We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier or supplier disruption, customs delays, severe weather, strikes, pandemics or technical outages. If an event like this significantly affects your order, we'll aim to let you know and may offer a refund if we can't fulfill it within a reasonable time.

19. Disputes

If you have a problem, please email info@trysylvie.com first and allow us 30 days to try to resolve it before taking further action. To the fullest extent the law allows, any claim must be brought individually and not as part of a class, collective or representative action. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections and any right to bring a claim locally that the law where you live gives you and that can't be excluded.

20. General

These terms and the policies they refer to are the whole agreement between you and us about your order. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another business. No one other than you and us has any rights under these terms.
