Cancellation policy

Subscribe & Save sends your next supply automatically at a lower price, for as long as you want it. There's no minimum term.

Plans

- 1 pen: $39 every 30 days, plus $4.95 shipping per delivery
- Buy 2, Get 1 Free (3 pens): $66 every 90 days, free shipping
- Buy 3, Get 3 Free (6 pens): $87 every 180 days, free shipping

The price, frequency and shipping cost of your plan are shown at checkout before you subscribe.

How billing works

Your first order is charged when you subscribe. Each refill is then charged automatically to the same payment method on or around its scheduled date, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges. We may send a reminder before a refill, but you're responsible for keeping track of your charge dates.

Skipping, pausing or cancelling

You can skip a refill, pause, change your plan or cancel from your account, or by emailing info@trysylvie.com. Please make changes at least 48 hours before your next charge date. Changes made later than that, or emails received outside business hours close to the charge date, may not take effect until the following refill. Cancellation stops future refills once it's confirmed.

Refills already charged

Refills can't be refunded once they've been charged and processed for dispatch, including when a refill was missed because a subscription wasn't skipped or cancelled in time. Unopened pens from a refill can still be returned under our Refund policy.

Price changes

Your subscription price stays the same while your subscription is active unless we tell you about a change by email at least 14 days before it applies. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may retry it over the following days and ask you to update your payment details. If it still can't be taken, we may pause or cancel your subscription.

Our right to change or end a subscription

We may pause or cancel a subscription, for example if a product is discontinued or unavailable, if payments repeatedly fail, or if we reasonably believe the subscription is being misused. If we do, we'll aim to let you know by email.

After you cancel

Subscription prices apply only while your subscription is active. Future one-off orders are charged at our one-time prices.
